Margate Manager Chris Kinnear has made changes to his squad ahead of the Christmas period.
Leaving Hartsdown Park is attacking midfielder Liam Coleman, whose contract has been cancelled by mutual consent.
The former Dartford attacking midfielder enjoyed a good pre-season for Margate but failed to hold down a regular first team place. Liam made five starts and three substitute appearances for Gate but is now free to find another club.
Joining the Blues is former Bromley forward Warren McBean. Recently released by Ravens’ manager Mark Goldberg, Warren was a member of the Bromley side that beat Margate in the FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round.
In fact, his introduction as a substitute – and his two goals in quick succession – swung the game in the Ravens’ favour. The 25 year old forward has also played for Barnet, Lewes, Havant and Waterloovile and Chelmsford City. Assuming all the paperwork is received in time, he will go straight into the squad for the trip to Bury Town.
